- Go to "My Orders"
- Click on the order you want to track
- View the tracking information and status

We recommend using 17Track, a reliable global package tracking platform that supports multiple carriers:
- Visit www.17track.net
- Enter your tracking number in the search field
- Click "Track" to view your package's current status and location
- You can create an account to receive notifications about your shipment
Tracking FAQ
When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are typically provided within 1-2 business days after your order is processed and shipped.
Why isn't my tracking information updating?
Carriers may take 24-48 hours to update tracking information in their system. If no updates appear after 3 business days, please contact our customer service.
What should I do if my package is marked as delivered but I haven't received it?
First check with neighbors or your building management. If still missing, contact the carrier directly using the tracking number, then notify our customer service team.
