User Agreement
By accessing and using Chroma Éclat's website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Our platform offers fashion products including dresses, sleepwear, beachwear, and other apparel categories for personal use only.
Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
Limitation of Liability
Chroma Éclat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Product use or inability to use our products
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions
- Statements or conduct of any third party on our service
- Any other matter relating to our service
Our maximum liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
Intellectual Property Protection
All content on Chroma Éclat's website, including designs, text, graphics, logos, and product images are our exclusive property or licensed to us. These elements are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
Customers may not:
- Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any product designs
- Use our brand name or logos without express written permission
- Create derivative works based on our product designs
Refund Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Seasonal items may have different return windows as specified on product pages.
Refund process:
- Initiate return through your account dashboard
- Ship items back within 7 days of approval
- Refund will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the return
Final sale items (marked as such) are not eligible for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first attempt to be resolved through our customer service team. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.
By using our services, you waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. The governing law for all disputes shall be the laws of France, where Chroma Éclat is headquartered.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via email.
