Returns & Refunds
At Chroma Éclat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Lingerie and swimwear must have hygiene seals intact
- Seasonal items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Final sale items marked "non-refundable" cannot be returned
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account and go to "Order History"
- Select the item(s) you wish to return
- Print the prepaid return label and packing slip
- Package your items securely and attach the return label
- Drop off at your nearest shipping carrier location
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- For exchanges, we'll ship your new item once the return is received
International returns may be subject to customs fees which are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange for a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.
Special Considerations
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on pierced earrings or bodysuits without the hygiene liner. Swimwear must be returned with all protective liners intact.
